Support Tickets

We’ve been puzzling over how to deal with inquiries to the Green Party…as action needs to be taken at the state and local levels…without a lot of unnecessary, overlapping communication.

Could the support ticket paradigm be helpful, here? When someone emails us asking to get involved, they’re basically requesting support. A ticket system would allow relevant actors to see who has emailed in, who has acted on what, and what else needs to be done.
