Kick Off Our Spring Events Season This Weekend With May Day

Sat, May 1, Noon – March for Workers and Immigrants Rights

The Green Party will be marching with The May 1st Coalition for Worker and Immigrant Rights. We will rally at Union Square at noon and march down Broadway to Wall Street.

Sun, May 2, 2PM – Disarm Now! For Peace and Human Needs

The Green Party joins all those rallying to say to the world and the leaders who are coming to the UN for the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty: * We want a Nuclear Free Future! * Fund Human Needs, Not War! * End the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan! * Protect the planet instead of destroying it with war and nuclear proliferation!

Fundraising for 2010 Elections

Sunday, May 23 Evening

Join Greens from around New York State as we make phone calls from wherever we are, to Greens and Green supporters to raise money for our 2010 candidates (who will be named at the May 15 Green Party of New York State convention). Some small groups will gather at peoples’ homes, and all will be joined via live chat and the web.
